Effective: January 1, 2024·Last Updated: February 20, 2026

1. Eligibility

Nestiko Community membership is open to individuals and organizations that use our website, events, and community resources. We welcome:

  • Founders & operators: Leaders who want community access to resources, directories, and updates.
  • Marketing & brand teams: Professionals coordinating websites, campaigns, and creative production.
  • Product & technology teams: Owners of apps, LMS, or internal tools who collaborate with Nestiko on design and build.
  • Partners & agencies: Firms that white-label or refer work and need a shared community member profile.
  • Education & nonprofit staff: Teams delivering programmes that need design, print, or digital support.
  • Students & researchers: Those studying branding, digital product, or related fields.

Community membership is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with our code of conduct. Nestiko reserves the right to decline or revoke membership where eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Registration Process

To become a Nestiko community member, follow the registration process outlined below:

  • Online Registration Form: Complete the community registration form on our website with your name, email address, phone number, organization details, and professional designation.
  • OTP Verification: Verify your email and phone number through one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered contact details. This helps us ensure authenticity and prevent misuse.
  • Profile Completion: Complete your community member profile with relevant professional information, including organization type, role, and areas of interest. A complete profile enhances networking and community directory visibility.
  • Admin Review: Our team reviews registration details for accuracy and eligibility. Most applications are approved within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation upon approval.

If your application requires additional information, we will contact you via email. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may be delayed or declined.

3. Community Tiers

Nestiko Community currently offers the following structure:

  • Community: Our open community tier. Community members receive core benefits including access to events, resources, the knowledge hub, networking opportunities, career postings, and YouTube content where published.
  • Nestiko Privilege: An elevated community tier with enhanced access and recognition within the Nestiko Community. Privilege community members retain all Community benefits plus additional privileges as published in your account.
  • Partner / enterprise: For partner organizations and enterprise collaborators who need a shared community profile, directory presence, and coordinated access across their team.

Tier details and benefits may evolve. Significant changes will be announced in advance, and existing community members will be informed of any upgrade options.

4. Community Member Responsibilities

As a Nestiko community member, you are expected to:

  • Accurate Profile Information: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your community member profile. Misrepresentation of identity, organization, or professional credentials may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Professional Conduct: Engage with fellow community members, event speakers, and Nestiko staff in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.
  • Active Participation: While not mandatory, active participation in events, discussions, and community initiatives is encouraged. Your engagement enriches the Nestiko Community and maximizes the value of your membership.
  • Compliance with Code of Conduct: Abide by the Nestiko Code of Conduct and all applicable community policies. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

5. Profile Visibility

Your community member profile visibility is under your control:

  • Opt-In Public Directory: Participation in the public community directory is optional. You choose whether your name, designation, organization, and other profile details appear in the directory visible to other community members or the public.
  • Control What’s Visible: You can select which profile fields are visible to others. Some information (e.g., email) may remain private by default.
  • Hide Anytime: You can change your visibility settings at any time through your community home. Hiding your profile from the directory does not affect your membership or access to benefits.

6. Benefits & Access

Nestiko community members enjoy the following benefits:

  • Events: Access to webinars, workshops, summits, and networking events at community rates or free of charge where applicable.
  • Resources: Downloadable guides, whitepapers, templates, and industry reports from our resource library.
  • Networking: Opportunities to connect with peers, industry leaders, and potential collaborators through events and the community directory.
  • Knowledge Hub: Access to curated articles, case studies, and insights on brand, web, product, and growth.
  • Career Opportunities: Job postings and career resources relevant to marketing, design, and technology roles where published.
  • YouTube Features: Access to Nestiko’s YouTube channel content, including event recordings, interviews, and educational videos.

Benefits are subject to change. Significant changes will be communicated to community members in advance.

7. Communication Preferences

We communicate with community members through email and, where applicable, SMS:

  • Email Newsletters: Periodic newsletters with updates on events, resources, and industry news. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.
  • Event Alerts: Notifications about upcoming events, registration deadlines, and reminders. You can opt out of event marketing while still receiving essential event confirmations for events you have registered for.
  • Opt Out Anytime: You may adjust your communication preferences in your community home. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your membership.
  • Essential Account Emails: We will always send essential account-related emails (e.g., password resets, security alerts, important policy changes) even if you have opted out of marketing. These cannot be disabled.

8. Account Management

You can manage your Nestiko Community account through your community home:

  • Profile Updates: Update your name, organization, designation, bio, and other profile information at any time. Keeping your profile current helps with networking and directory accuracy.
  • Password Changes: Change your password through the dashboard or the “Forgot Password” flow. We recommend using a strong, unique password.
  • Account Deactivation Request: If you wish to leave the Nestiko Community, you may request account deactivation. Contact us at membership@nestiko.com. Deactivation will remove your access to community benefits. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection policy.

9. Suspension & Termination

Nestiko may suspend or terminate community membership in the following circumstances:

Grounds for Action:

  • Code of Conduct Violation: Breach of the Nestiko Code of Conduct, including harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Inaccurate Information: Providing false or misleading information in registration or profile, or impersonating another person or organization.
  • Inactivity: Accounts inactive for more than 2 years may be flagged for review. We may contact you to confirm continued interest before taking any action.

Process:

  • For most violations, Nestiko will issue a warning and an opportunity to rectify the issue before suspension or termination.
  • In cases of serious violation, immediate suspension or termination may be applied.
  • Community members have the right to appeal within 30 days of receiving a suspension or termination notice. Appeals should be sent to membership@nestiko.com with a clear explanation. The Nestiko team will review and respond within 15 business days.
