Partial Refunds Post-Commencement:
- Should any project work begin, clients may still be eligible for a partial refund. Refund amounts will be determined based on the proportion of work completed relative to the total project scope and budget. This is particularly applicable to staged projects like software development and marketing campaigns.
Refund Request Procedure
- Initiate a Request:
- Clients must submit a refund request by emailing info@nestiko.com. The email should include necessary project details, such as the project name, start date, and reason for the refund request.
- Project Evaluation:
- Upon receiving a refund request, our project managers will evaluate the work completed. This includes reviewing design drafts, development milestones, and any marketing activities undertaken.
- Management Review:
- Our management team will review the evaluation to ensure that the refund amount aligns with the completed work and any pre-established agreements or commitments.
- Confirmation and Processing:
- Clients will receive communication detailing the outcome of the refund request. If approved, the refund process will commence within 5-7 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund Processing Conditions
- Original Payment Method:
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Clients should expect variations in reflection times based on their financial institution’s policies.
- Adjustments and Deductions:
- Where applicable, processing fees and other administrative costs may be deducted from the refund amount, especially in cases requiring partial refunds due to work commencement.
Exceptions and Specific Conditions
- Completed Projects:
- Refund requests for fully completed and delivered projects cannot be entertained unless the delivered service fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
