Refunds

Returns

If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nestiko.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Process

After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided. Please include your proof of purchase and the RMA number with your return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process
