✅ Digital marketing campaigns (if canceled before execution)
✅ Training & consultation sessions (if canceled at least 48 hours in advance)

1.2 Services NOT Eligible for Refunds

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
❌ One-time digital deliverables (e.g., logo designs, branding materials, templates, reports)
❌ Fully developed and delivered software or websites
❌ Completed marketing campaigns (SEO, social media ads, email marketing)
❌ Hosting, domain registration, and third-party software fees
❌ Custom work or tailor-made services already approved by the client

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for a refund, customers must:
✅ Submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase or project initiation
✅ Provide a valid reason and supporting documentation (if applicable)
✅ Ensure that work has not progressed beyond the refund eligibility stage

We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the nature of the service and the work already completed.

3. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINES

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@nestiko.com with:
✅ Full name and contact details
✅ Invoice number or order ID
✅ Reason for refund request
✅ Any relevant supporting documentation

Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

3.2 Refund Processing Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit card)

  • Any payment gateway fees or transaction charges will be deducted from the refunded amount

4. SERVICE-SPECIFIC REFUND POLICIES

4.1 Subscription-Based Services

✅ Refunds for monthly subscriptions can be requested before the renewal date.
Annual plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase (prorated refunds may apply).
✅ No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

4.2 Website & Software Development

Refund eligibility is based on the project stage:

4.3 Digital Marketing & Advertising

✅ Refunds are not available once a campaign is executed.
✅ If canceled before execution, up to 75% of the campaign budget may be refunded (subject to third-party costs).

4.4 Training & Consultation

✅ Refunds available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
✅ No refunds for missed or rescheduled sessions.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION & AUTOMATIC REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel an order or service under the following circumstances:
Fraudulent transactions or payment disputes
Failure to provide necessary inputs or approvals within the agreed timeframe
Breach of our Terms & Conditions

If an order is canceled by Nestiko, eligible refunds will be processed as per this policy.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disagreements regarding refunds, customers can:

✅ Expect a resolution within 15 business days
✅ If unresolved, disputes will be subject to legal proceedings under Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction
