Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@nestiko.com with your order details. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. For these orders, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to initiate a return or request a refund.

Refunds for Cancellations

If you cancel your order within the allowed period, we will process the refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Exceptions
