However, we understand that sometimes clients may need to cancel their orders or services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are permitted, the process for requesting a cancellation, and any applicable fees or consequences. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this policy. 1. CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY 1.1 Services Eligible for Cancellation Customers may request cancellations for:
  • Software Subscriptions (Before activation or within a specified trial period).
  • Custom Branding & Design Services (Before design work begins).
  • Digital Marketing Services (Before campaign initiation).
  • Website Development Services (Before development starts).
  • Training & Consultation Services (At least 48 hours before the scheduled session).
1.2 Services NOT Eligible for Cancellation The following services are non-cancellable once initiated:
  • Services that have already been delivered or substantially completed.
  • Custom software development or website projects beyond the initial planning phase.
  • One-time digital deliverables (e.g., logo designs, branding materials, reports, or templates).
  • Subscription-based services beyond the trial period.
  • Marketing and promotional campaigns that have already been executed.
2. CANCELLATION REQUEST PROCEDURE 2.1 How to Request a Cancellation To request a cancellation, you must send a written request to our support team via email at info@nestiko.com or contact us at +91-97999 13530. The request must include: ✅ Full name of the customer ✅ Order ID or invoice number ✅ Reason for cancellation ✅ Supporting documents (if applicable) We will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days to confirm approval or rejection. 2.2 Cancellation Timelines
  • For services with a defined project timeline (e.g., website development, branding, automation software), cancellation requests must be submitted before the project enters the development phase.
  • For subscription-based services, cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • For one-time purchases or consulting sessions, a minimum notice of 48 hours is required.
3. CANCELLATION FEES & REFUNDS 3.1 Cancellation Charges In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply based on the work already completed. The following charges will be deducted:

Subscriptions (Before activation) ₹0 (Full refund)
Subscriptions (After activation) No refund for the current month, future billing canceled
Branding & Design Services Up to 50% of the total cost, if work has started
Website/App Development Based on the project phase (see below)
Digital Marketing Campaigns 100% non-refundable after execution starts
For website and app development:
  • If canceled before wireframing, a 10% administrative fee is deducted.
  • If canceled after wireframing, 25% of the total project fee is deducted.
  • If canceled after design approval, 50% of the total project fee is deducted.
  • If canceled after coding starts, no refunds will be issued.
3.2 Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit card).
  • Any applicable payment gateway fees or transaction charges will be deducted.
4. AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION BY NESTIKO We reserve the right to cancel a service or order under the following conditions:
  • Non-payment or incomplete payment for services.
  • Failure to provide necessary documentation, approvals, or input within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions, including misuse of services.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activities detected in the order.
In such cases, we will notify the client via email, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the refund policy. 5. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION OF SERVICES 5.1 Modification of Cancellation Policy Nestiko reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time. Changes will be notified via our official website (www.nestiko.com) or email updates. 5.2 Service Termination by Customer
  • Customers who wish to terminate subscription-based services must do so via written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Early termination of fixed-term contracts may be subject to termination fees or penalties based on service usage and work completed.
5.3 Service Termination by Nestiko Nestiko may terminate services under the following conditions:
  • Breach of contract or misuse of services.
  • Repeated failure to comply with agreed-upon payment terms.
  • Legal or compliance issues preventing service continuation.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In case of disputes related to cancellations:
  • Customers may contact our grievance department at info@nestiko.com with a formal complaint.
  • We aim to resolve disputes through mutual discussion within 15 business days.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to legal proceedings under Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
